Meet Dr. Shahan Manguikian (Melbourne, FL)

Shahan Manguikian, O.D., received his Doctor of Optometry from Southeastern University College of Optometry in 1993 and earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from SUNY Albany in New York. With more than 30 years of experience, Dr. Manguikian provides comprehensive eye care at Eyecare Associates of Viera, where he has developed a special interest in treating allergic eye disease and dry eyes.

Dr. Manguikian chose to become an optometrist to improve patients’ quality of life by diagnosing and treating vision problems. He finds great satisfaction in helping others while maintaining a balanced and rewarding lifestyle. Known for his compassionate care and commitment to his patients, Dr. Manguikian focuses on providing the highest level of personalized eye care to every individual he sees.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Manguikian enjoys traveling, exercising, cooking, and being involved in his community. He is fluent in English, Armenian, Spanish, Arabic, and French.
